Washington mall shooting suspect found dead in cell

Arcan Ceti, wbo shot and killed five people at a Washington state mall, was found dead in his cell.
Cetin entered through the Chuck E. Cheese restaurant just before 7 p.m. and headed for the Macy's Women's store, Mount Vernon Police Officer Dave Shackleton said in an arrest warrant affidavit.
A prosecutor says a man charged with killing five people at a mall in Washington state past year has been found dead in his jail cell.
Arcan Cetin, 20, died in custody Sunday night, according to the Skagit County prosecuting attorney.
Cetin, scheduled to appear in court next week, was awaiting the results of a second mental health competency evaluation.
He had been charged with five counts of aggravated first-degree murder after he allegedly walked into a Macy's in Burlington, north of Seattle, and opened fire with a rifle on the night of September 23. He graduated in 2015 from high school in Oak Harbor, a rural community in western Washington state about 30 miles from the mall where he was accused of opening fire.
Following news of Cetin's death, relatives of Eagan released a statement saying they had no hatred towards the killer or his family. He was charged with five counts of first-degree murder. We pray that the man repented to God before his death.
Video showed his vehicle traveling north on South Burlington Boulevard near Cascade Place.
The 20-year-old had a history of violent behavior toward his family and ex-girlfriend. People are shocked and still processing the news, she said. Police later learned from Cetin's father that he drove a blue Chevrolet Cavalier. He also said he didn't have any contact with those relatives.
He said he had watched beheadings by the Islamic State group online but considered such terrorist actions wrong.
For much of the next day, police searched the mall for evidence. The victims were identified as 52-year-old Shayla Martin, 64-year-old Belinda Galde and Galde's mother, Beatrice Dotson, 95.
